Twin wire former
Twin-wire former for producing a fibrous web. The former includes two endless wire belts arranged to form a twin-wire zone, a dewatering element, and a headbox positioned at an angle relative to an imaginary first horizontal plane. The twin-wire zone includes a first section in which the two wire belts are arranged to run over the dewatering element. The two wire belts are further positioned to form a wedge-like inlet gap that is structured and arranged to receive a fibrous stock suspension directly from the headbox. Additional dewatering elements are utilized. The twin-wire zone includes a second section in which the two wire belts along with the fibrous web formed between the two wire belts are arranged to run downward over the additional dewatering elements. This Abstract is not intended to define the invention disclosed in the specification, nor intended to limit the scope of the invention in any way.

Method for the manufacture of a fiber material web
Process for the manufacture of a fiber material web that includes passing the fiber material web to be dewatered through a press nip together with a carrier band; and subjecting the fiber material web to be dewatered to a pressing pressure of at least 3.3 MPa in the press nip for a time duration of at most 3 ms. The instant abstract is neither intended to define the invention disclosed in this specification nor intended to limit the scope of the invention in any way.

Liquid formulations of direct dyes
The present invention relates to aqueous liquid formulations comprising 5-25% by weight of a dye composition comprising 70-95% by weight of a dye obtainable by reduction or thermal treatment of Direct Yellow 11 1-30% by weight of a blue direct dye and 0-20% by weight of a red direct dye (all based on the dye composition) 1-15% by weight of a saturated, cyclic or acyclic water-soluble amine comprising a primary, secondary or tertiary amino group and at least one further functional group selected from primary, secondary and tertiary amino groups, OH groups and ether groups, and 1-30% by weight of urea based on the total weight of the aqueous liquid formulation, wherein the total amount of water-soluble amine and urea does not exceed 40% by weight, and also their use for dyeing cellulose material especially paper.

Doctor bed
A doctor bed is provided for holding a circularly cylindrical metering rod, including a housing of a homogenous material, which is designed with a cross section at right angles to the cylinder longitudinal axis of the metering rod and has a circularly cylindrical recess which surrounds the metering rod with a form fit over at least 180°. The doctor bed is arranged on a machine processing a moving material web, there being arranged on the housing, in the region of the recess, at least one groove running parallel to the cylinder longitudinal axis of the metering rod. A wiping strip is arranged detachably between the metering rod and the doctor bed.
